    "Needed a rear wiper blade for GMC Acadia...stopped on a Friday morning...They did not have it in stock...guy told me he would order it..and have it to the store by 4:30pm...Came back right at 4:30pm...that associate was gone..asked another person to see if it was there...He took one look at my receipt and says...no..it wont be delivered until midnight...I said fine...will come back Monday...Went back Monday...STILL did NOT have wiper blade...the lady associate was confused and checked...I just said forget it...refund my money please...Advance..you just lost a customer for life...will not EVER step foot in that Advance Auto Parts AGAIN!!"
