General Information Despite their number, the look of a Korok in their locations is always the same and not random. Each Korok has some predetermined values in the game code that governs which appearance the Korok will have when you find it. The Zeldamods object map recently integrated these numbers and gave each Korok an ID number.
To fully upgrade your inventory you will need 421 Korok Seeds / Korok Seeds. 108 Korok Seeds to fully upgrade the Bow slot. 153 Korok Seeds to fully upgrade the Weapon slot. 160 Korok Seeds to fully upgrade the Shield slot.
After that, you'll have to locate Korok Village in order to continue purchasing upgrades. The cost of each upgrade will increase as you buy them. Weapons are the most expensive, with the final upgrade being 55 seeds, while the Shields are very cheap throughout with the final one only being 25 seeds and most upgrades being 10 or 15.
One from the Korok you delivered, and another from the Korok waiting for you (and their friend) at the destination. Which brings the total number of Korok puzzles on the Surface to 841, and 59 in the Sky.
Distribution of Korok Puzzles Unsurprisingly, the Lonely Puzzles make up the biggest amount with roughly 1/3 of all Koroks being a lonely object to find for its Korok. Aside from the miscellaneous Korok puzzles, its interesting that there are so few Pinwheel Puzzles, which I didnt expect.
I am at my wits end. I have been searching for well over 6 hours for this one Korok, used 3 different sites and combed through my map. I even found I could mark off my Koroks in the Zelda Dungeon map. I literally marked all of them off and yet I am still at 999/1000 Koroks. Is there any Korok that isn't hidden in the traditional means or anything? Any tips on how to find this last one? EDIT ...
Has anyone figured out how to solve this korok puzzle? I've seen two like it in the world so far. It's simply a pinwheel attached to a tree stump (and korok sound effects can be heard when you approach it) Edit: problem solved! Stand on top of the stump for an archery puzzle
There is one on the plateau near shrine of immortality, just walk down to the river/lake (where it starts getting cold), in a dilapidated hut is a korok leaf, right next to the raft there. That's where I get mine since you can just teleport there whenever you need it.
Question I cant seem to find any info online about it, its driving me insane. Sometimes I will find these korok stumps, and when I stand on them they make a target appear on the ground a little ways away. Ive tried shooting it, throwing things at it, nothing seems to work. Am I just dumb? How do I solve this...
