It’s been nearly 32 years since Arlene and Maurice Bateman’s oldest child, Craig, the "golden son," was found dead, apparently of a drug overdose, in the back of a girlfriend’s car in south Phoenix.
Arlene Craig scored 16 points to help Atlantic Cape Community College beat Mercer County Community College 51-44 in women's basketball Friday. Craig is a sophomore guard out of Absegami High School.
