A former Doraville police officer convicted in the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Susana Morales is asking a judge to throw out his conviction and grant him a new trial.

Myles Bryant, a former Doraville Police Officer serving life in prison for the 2022 kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Susana Morales, returned to court to request his conviction be overturned.
